What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Pick, package, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory transactions
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
• Organize, label, and stock inventory to maintain an efficient warehouse
• Support production teams by ensuring materials are available when needed
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service departments to meet operational goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling
• Forklift operating experience required
• Comfortable using computers for inventory management and shipping documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• RF scanning technology
• Inventory control and cycle counting
• Aerospace manufacturing
• Industrial manufacturing
• Oil & gas operations
