Position Overview

This is a hands-on role in a metal fabrication environment focused on quality, precision, and production efficiency. You will be responsible for operating fabrication equipment, interpreting blueprints, and producing quality parts that meet specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication machinery and shop equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, height gauges, squares, and other precision tools
• Perform basic shop math to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring and inspection tools
• Experience operating industrial fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail with solid shop math skills
